A PSA 10 currently sells for about £273.28, raw the card sits at £126.74 — 2.2× as much. Of 10.542 copies already graded, 53 % received a 10 and 37 % a 9. Mathematically, submitting returns £210.47 on average, before fees and shipping. So submitting only pays off if the card truly hits a 10 — at any lower grade little remains after fees. The grade distribution comes from the PSA Population Report; people pre-sort before submitting, so your own hit rate may differ.

Across 186 auctions the median was £142.48, across 293 fixed-price sales £154.69. There is no meaningful difference — what matters here is how fast you want to sell.

Half of all sales fell between £109.57 and £148.20, with a median of £130.80. Selling fast lands you nearer the lower end; with patience, good photos and a complete title the upper end is achievable.

The cheapest genuine sales were around £83.54. Offers well below £50.12 are typically fakes, mislabelled cards or a different variant — ask for photos of all four borders and a close-up of the surface.

From real sales: Italian £145.88 (21), English £123.94 (298), German £84.71 (22). Italian fetches about 94 % more.

Last Sold uses only real sales — eBay plus auction houses like Goldin & Fanatics — recent sales count more (recency weighting), outliers and fakes are removed. It's not an estimate but actual sold prices, separated by condition, language and grading.
