A PSA 10 currently sells for about $1,463, raw the card sits at $332.19 — 4,4× as much. Of 1.760 copies already graded, 8 % received a 10 and 22 % a 9. Mathematically, submitting returns $402.17 on average, before fees and shipping. So submitting only pays off if the card truly hits a 10 — at any lower grade little remains after fees. The grade distribution comes from the PSA Population Report; people pre-sort before submitting, so your own hit rate may differ.

Across 139 auctions the median was $53.26, across 315 fixed-price sales $57.82. There is no meaningful difference — what matters here is how fast you want to sell.

Half of all sales fell between $41.79 and $69.26, with a median of $54.43. Selling fast lands you nearer the lower end; with patience, good photos and a complete title the upper end is achievable.

The cheapest genuine sales were around $33.30. Offers well below $19.98 are typically fakes, mislabelled cards or a different variant — ask for photos of all four borders and a close-up of the surface.

From real sales: English $58.68 (495), German $56.07 (27). The difference is small — language barely matters here.

lastsold uses only real sales — eBay plus auction houses like Goldin & Fanatics — recent sales count more (recency weighting), outliers and fakes are removed. It's not an estimate but actual sold prices, separated by condition, language and grading.
