Charizard

A PSA 10 currently sells for about $1,566, raw the card sits at $1,004 — 1,6× as much. Mathematically, submitting returns $1,566 on average, before fees and shipping. So submitting only pays off if the card truly hits a 10 — at any lower grade little remains after fees.

Across 101 auctions the median was $390.63, across 170 fixed-price sales $584.79. Fixed price therefore fetched about 50 % more — for this card patience with a set price is the better route.

Half of all sales fell between $224.50 and $583.92, with a median of $380.59. Selling fast lands you nearer the lower end; with patience, good photos and a complete title the upper end is achievable.

The cheapest genuine sales were around $146.70. Offers well below $88.02 are typically fakes, mislabelled cards or a different variant — ask for photos of all four borders and a close-up of the surface.

From real sales: German $774.02 (12), English $469.06 (191), Italian $411.38 (12). German fetches about 88 % more.

lastsold uses only real sales — eBay plus auction houses like Goldin & Fanatics — recent sales count more (recency weighting), outliers and fakes are removed. It's not an estimate but actual sold prices, separated by condition, language and grading.
